TCA New London Experiences Adverse Weather Conditions

Parents and caregivers of TCA New London Class 51 cadets, over the past 24 hours the academy has experienced multiple inclement weather situations to include snow, freezing rain, downed trees,power lines and a power outage.  We would like to thank the TCA staff for ensuring cadets remained safe during this time.  We would also like to thank the New London Volunteer Fire Department and 1st Baptist Church of Albemarle for hosting the cadets today during these adverse conditions providing warm facilities and hot meals.  At this time power has been restored at the academy and regular operations have resumed.  

The safety and welfare of our cadets and staff members are our number one priority and we would like to remind our parents and families to stay safe during this state of emergency in North Carolina. Once again we would like to thank all those who came to TCA New London’s aid.
