TCA NL Class 58 Candidate Orientation

At the beginning of each class, candidates are introduced to staff and department heads. Candidates learn what the responsibilities are for each department as well as hearing encouraging words about the journey they are undertaking.

Candidates learn about the process for working with case managers for placement, about education and what they can expect as well as how candidates can request medical attention if needed. They also learned how the counseling department helps during the residential phase of the program and how Operations plays the biggest role. Candidates are instructed on how they can be successful in the ChalleNGe program and encouraged with the words that staff wants to see each and every candidate succeed..
