TCA NL Class 59 Activity Day
As we wind down these last few days with Class 59, the campus is preparing the final activities that include a military ball, talent show, awards ceremony and graduation exercises on Friday morning. One of the duties of the Cadet Advisory Board is to choose what activity their fellow cadets will do for their final activity day. Class 59 decided to have a gold panning day at one of the local gold mines here in New London. After the cadets finished their gold panning time, they were treated to a special lunch of grilled hamburgers, hot dogs, baked beans, pasta salad, various toppings for their burgers and hot dogs and ice cream.
All cadets had a great time and are working on finishing up items that are requirements of the challeNGe program. The staff and cadets are excited for graduation on Friday and look forward to seeing what the next chapter holds for Class 59.
