TCA Salemburg Class 56 Team Building Exercise —– North Carolina Justice Academy

Class 56 Candidates, having made it through the first few days of ChalleNGe, had their mettle tested through a set of challenges designed to build team cohesiveness at the Obstacle Course located at the North Carolina Justice Academy in Salemburg.  Designed to promote teamwork through problem solving, teams of candidates must utilize input from all team members as they attempt to navigate obstacles that require each members’ participation to complete.  Obstacles named Climbing Wall, Trust Fall, Energy Circle, Triangle Traverse, Zig Zag, Spider Web, and Tires, each present different and unique challenges to complete.  Team members are forced to collaborate their ideas, physical agility, mental calculations, and several other concepts in order successfully get all team members through each obstacle.
