TCA NL Appoints Assistant Commandant

We would like to congratulate Desmond Fletcher for being chosen as Assistant Commandant at TCA New London. Mr. Fletcher began his career with TCA New London in 2015 when the academy opened to the first cadets and has done an outstanding job in both his assistant team leader and team leader positions. Again, we would like to congratulate Mr. Fletcher on this achievement in his TCA career.
