TCA NL Appoints Commandant

We would like to congratulate Earnest Mintz, Jr. for being selected as Commandant at TCA New London. Mr. Mintz began his career with TCA New London in 2018 and has done an outstanding job in both his assistant team leader and team leader positions. Again, we would like to congratulate Mr. Mintz on this achievement in his TCA career.
