TCA NL Class 58 Mock Interviews

One of the 8 core components required to graduate from the ChalleNGe program is completing the Job Skills component. Within the job skills component is practicing interviews in the computer employability class which is led by Ms. Warner in New London.

With each class, Ms. Warner creates an interview atmosphere by having cadets participate as both the interviewer and interviewee. The cadets go through an interview process that is similar to applying and interviewing for a state of North Carolina job where you are questioned by a panel of at least three individuals.
