During each Tarheel ChalleNGe Academy class, cadets are required to raise funds that support the program requirement to make donations to charitable organizations and purchase their graduation memorabilia. Tarheel ChalleNGe Academy’s Class 61 Walkathon was conducted to raise Cadets’ funds and scholarships. The Walk-A-Thon was led by Director McNeill. Walk-A-Thon is a fun activity for the Cadets, Mentors, and Staff.
Cadets complete 4-hour training where they are taught Basic First Aid, CPR, and how to use an AED.
